The Moore County Public Information Office is a Division of the Office of the County Manager.  The vision of Public Information is to coordinate internal and external communication with the employees, media and the general public. This  Office will serve as a central point providing accurate up-to-the-minute information and news about Moore County services and operations.

 

The Office will produce press releases on operational County issues, publish the monthly employee newsletter, post the calendar of events, and coordinate responses to media inquiries. The Public Information Office will also serve as a liaison with the Department of Public Safety to coordinate communication services and public information in the event of community disaster or emergency.
