Seat belts must be worn at all times by ALL PASSENGERS.

Children under the age of 8 and/or less than 80 pound of weight are required to be transported in a proper child safety seat.

Child safety seats must be provided by the Parent/Guardian.

Children age 12 and under may ride only if accompanied by an adult guardian or other authorized adult.

Passengers are not allowed to get off the vehicle at any location other than their scheduled destination.

All MCTS vehicles are tobacco free. Smoking, chewing or other use of tobacco products is prohibited.

No eating or drinking is allowed on vehicles except for medical reasons.

Holidays

• MCTS observes the Moore County Holiday schedule and transportation services are not provided on those days.

 Curb-to-Curb Service

• MCTS provides passengers with Curb-to-Curb service.
• Drivers assist passengers on and off the vehicles only.
• Passengers who need assistance to and from the vehicle must make arrangements with someone to assist them beyond boarding and exiting the vehicle.
• MCTS does not provide aides and does not provide Door-to-Door service.
