Two types of transportation are available:  Medical (Out of county, local and long distance medical appointments); and general (shopping, nutrition, human service needs).  Transportation services are provided by Moore County Transportation Services.

Criteria for receiving services such as Transportation, In-Home or Nutrition:  Person must be 60 years of age or older and reside in Moore County.  Our programs are not income-based.  We ask that clients pay on a cost-share basis; give what he or she can afford according to monthly income.
