Come show your best Halloween Costume! Candy will be passed out by County of Moore Departments in the staff parking of the Rick Rhyne Public Safety Center. Trunk or Treat is held on Halloween, Thursday, October 31st. We will begin at 6 PM and end at 8 PM.
