System Pressure Advisory Rescinded!
The System Pressure Advisory issued on 7/22/25 for water customers of East Moore Water District (NC5063011) and Hyland Hills (NC0363103) has been RESCINDED. This includes customers along US Hwy 1 South of Vass, Lakeview, Hyland Hills, Skyline Manor, Niagara, Aiken Rd, Youngs Rd, Lakebay Rd and connecting roads. The water has been tested and has been found safe to drink. If customers are still experiencing any trapped air or discolored water when they open their faucets, letting each one run for several minutes should resolve that.
Special thanks to all our water customers that conserved water during this time, it allowed a speedy recovery to normal operations.
