REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS 2026-03
ENGINEERING SERVICES – WATER RESOURCE EVALUATION OF CRYSTAL LAKE/LITTLE RIVER 

PURSUANT to Section 143-64.31 of the General Statutes of North Carolina sealed qualifications titled "RFQ 2026-03 ENGINEERING SERVICES – WATER RESOURCE EVALUATION OF CRYSTAL LAKE/LITTLE RIVER”, may be furnished to the Terra Vuncannon, County of Moore, 1 Courthouse Square, Carthage, NC 28327, until 4:00 pm Tuesday, January 27, 2026.  For your convenience, a Bid Drop-Off box is located in lobby at 1 Courthouse Square, Carthage, NC 28327 (Historic Courthouse).

The intent of the County is to obtain qualifications by a professional firm for engineering services for the County of Moore Public Works Department.  Instructions for submitting qualifications and complete specifications for the services desired may be obtained by contacting Terra Vuncannon at   or by the link below.  The County of Moore reserves the right to reject any and/or all responses.
