Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Moore County Board of Adjustment will be held on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. in the Board of Commissioners Meeting Room located on the second floor of the Historic Courthouse, Carthage, NC for the following purpose:
Quasi-Judicial Hearing #1:
- The applicant and property owner, Travis Greene, President of Legacy Home Construction, Inc., is requesting a thirty percent (30%) variance from the front, side, and rear property line setbacks to construct a single-family dwelling unit on Lot 610, more specifically identified as Moore County Parcel Identification Number 00034132 (address to be assigned) Holly Road, Lakeview, NC.
- The applicant and property owner, Travis Greene, President of Legacy Home Construction, Inc., is requesting a thirty percent (30%) variance from the front, side, and rear property line setbacks to construct a single-family dwelling unit on Lot 611, more specifically identified as a portion of Moore County Parcel Identification Number 00038752 (address to be assigned) Holly Road, Lakeview, NC.
- The applicant and property owner, Travis Greene, President of Legacy Home Construction, Inc., is requesting a thirty percent (30%) variance from the front, side, and rear property line setbacks to construct a single family dwelling unit on Lot 612, more specifically identified as a portion of Moore County Parcel Identification Number 00038752 (address to be assigned) Holly Road, Lakeview, NC.
- The applicant and property owner, Travis Greene, President of Legacy Home Construction, Inc., is requesting a thirty percent (30%) variance from the front, side, and rear property line setbacks to construct a single family dwelling unit on Lot 687, more specifically identified as Moore County Parcel Identification Number 00038753 (address to be assigned) Matthews Road, Lakeview, NC.
