Property Management consists of a Maintenance Division, Custodial Division, Fleet Maintenance Division and also Solid Waste Division.
Maintenance Services manages the general carpentry, electrical, plumbing, pesticide application, grounds equipment operation, basic heating, ventilation, and air conditioning principles, etc. for the County Buildings.
Custodial manages the care, cleaning and sanitation of County buildings to promote a clean and sanitized working environment for Moore County Citizens and Employees.
Fleet Maintenance manages the technical work in the maintenance and repair of automotive vehicles and equipment.
Solid Waste division is responsible for collection, disposal and regulates the safe management of solid waste through guidance, permitting and enforcement.
Property Management completed 1,554 work orders in 2022.
