Lodging Facilities
Lodging establishments in North Carolina include all hotels, motels, inns, tourist homes, and other places providing lodging accommodations for pay. This includes bed and breakfast homes (8 or less guest rooms) and bed and breakfast inns (at least nine but not more than 12 guest rooms).
For lodging establishments with a pool or spa or food service on site, separate applications must be submitted to Moore County Environmental Health prior to construction.
